Mãe e filha foram presas no bairro Gurupi, zona Sudeste de Teresina, pelo Departamento Estadual de Repressão ao Narcotráfico (Denarc). Com as suspeitas foram apreendidos mais de 100 papelotes com drogas, entre crack, maconha, concaína incluindo supermaconha (skank), além de dinheiro trocado. 

Segundo o delegado Edvan Botelho, o tráfico era realizado na frente de crianças e adolescentes. Uma delas ainda tentou dispersar parte do entorpecente que acabou sendo localizado por uma cão policial no quintal da residência. 

"Chegamos a elas por meio de denúncias. A mãe já responde por tráfico de drogas e, por isso, usa tornozeleira eletrônica desde 2022. Mesmo assim, continua praticando crimes. Desta vez, prendemos também a filha dela", explica o delegado.
