Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul (TJRS) negou pedido de revogação da prisão preventiva do influenciador digital Dilson Alves da Silva Neto, conhecido como Nego Di.
A decisão é da última sexta-feira (26), mas só foi tornada pública pelo TJRS na manhã desta terça (30). Segundo a juíza de Direito da 2ª Vara Criminal da Comarca de Canoas, Patrícia Pereira Krebs Tonet, a defesa não apresentou novos argumentos capazes de afastarem os fundamentos considerados pelo juízo.
Influencer acusado de golpes Nego Di está preso desde 14 de julho. Ele é acusado da prática de crimes de estelionato qualificado. A investigação identificou movimentações financeiras na conta dele que ultrapassaram R$ 5 milhões em 2022.
Na época, o humorista realizou uma série de rifas virtuais, mas não entregou os produtos prometidos no anúncio. Ao todo, foram pelo menos 370 vítimas. Ele também é investigado por estelionato, lavagem de dinheiro, fraude tributária e rifa eletrônica.
O sócio de Nego Di na empresa Tadizuera, Anderson Boneti, também já foi preso preventivamente. Ele teve prisão decretada na Paraíba em 25 de fevereiro de 2023, mas foi solto dias depois.
